GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These rates are per night, including taxes and service.

Local and departmental tourist tax of €2.85 / day / person.

We are a non-smoking establishment. A cleaning fee of €200 applies in case of non-compliance.

Breakfast is charged separately at €24 per person per day. [TO BE VERIFIED: offer and price specific to Hôtel Gustave]

Hôtel Gustave has a private car park priced at €35 per night (booking recommended) and spaces with electric charging points priced at €50 per night (by reservation). [TO BE VERIFIED: parking rates specific to Hôtel Gustave]

We accept pets for a supplement of €30 per day. [TO BE VERIFIED: pet policy specific to Hôtel Gustave]

Check-in time: from 3:00 pm

Check-out time: until 12:00 pm

For information, some rooms are only accessible by stairs.

For flexible bookings, cancellation is free of charge if made before 3:00 pm (CET) on the day before arrival. After this deadline, or in the event of no-show, a fee equivalent to the amount of the first night will be charged as a cancellation fee.

For non-refundable and non-modifiable rate bookings, full payment is required at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation or no-show, a fee equivalent to the full amount of the stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.

All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the start date of the stay (card number, expiry date and security code).

Accepted credit cards: Visa - Eurocard Mastercard - American Express

The establishment reserves the right to temporarily hold a certain amount on your credit card before your arrival in order to guarantee your booking.

At check-in, you will need to present a photo ID as well as the credit card used to make the booking. The name on the credit card must match the person booking the stay.

We accept payment via ANCV (French holiday vouchers).

We do not accept payment by cheque.

Right of withdrawal

The customer is reminded that, in accordance with Article L. 121-21-8 12° of the French Consumer Code, they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 121-21 of the French Consumer Code. The terms and conditions of the booked rate specify the cancellation and/or modification terms of the booking.

Dispute resolution

After contacting customer service and in the absence of a satisfactory response, or no response, within 60 days, the customer may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Mediator, whose contact details are as follows:

Hôtel Gustave is a member of the Tourism and Travel Mediation service as a member of the professional union « UMIH », duly listed on www.mtv.travel under the « members » tab.
