At Hôtel Gustave, the decor also tells a little of Colmar's history.
The birthplace of sculptor Auguste Bartholdi, creator of the Statue of Liberty, the city maintains a special connection to his work and, by extension, to Gustave Eiffel, who designed its metal framework.
This heritage inspires the world of our rooms. Touches of red, white and black set the tone, colours paired with lines and details that recall the metal and industrial architecture of the 19th century. Above each bed, a black-and-white photograph reveals a detail of the Eiffel Tower.

Every morning, our buffet lets you put together the breakfast that suits you. Bread and pastries, cheeses and cold cuts, scrambled eggs and bacon sit alongside fresh fruit, cereals, local yoghurts, fromage blanc, regional jams, honey and organic spreads. Not forgetting homemade pancakes and other Alsatian specialities to start the day on a truly indulgent note.
As much as possible, we favour fresh, organic, local and seasonal produce, while taking care to limit plastic packaging.
Hours: 6:30am to 10am on weekdays and 7am to 10:30am on weekends. Price: EUR 15 per person.
